WHAT IS THE LOVE LAW?
UNDERSTANDING THE LIVING BIBLE IN TODAY’S WORLD
LIVE THE LOVE LAW
Live the Love Law is a site that makes the living Bible relatable to today’s social climate. Are we so different as compared to life thousands of years ago. Did envy, jealousy, unforgiveness, testing times not exist back then?
The Bible speaks to all of our circumstances so that we can experience joy in our journey and overcome our circumstances.
Are we ready to listen to what the living Bible says? Take the journey with me to explore and handle everyday issues and conflicts in a godly way.
This is the day the LORD has Made;
Psalm 118:24
“This is the day the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
When I think of this verse, I often associate it with joyful moments—unexpected blessings, answered prayers, or times when God’s favor is clearly felt. It’s easy to rejoice when life is going well, and gratitude comes naturally in those seasons.
But what about the opposite?
There are also days of hardship—times of storms, trials, and long walks through dry, dark valleys. These seasons can feel overwhelming and even lonely. And yet, the Lord made those days too. They are not accidents. They carry purpose, and within them lie opportunities for growth, surrender, and a deeper relationship with Him.
How do we respond to those challenging times? Can we still say, “We will rejoice and be glad in it”?
Resolving to trust God in every season means:
Surrendering to His will – “Your will be done…” (Matthew 6:10)
Let it all go. Lay it at His feet.Believing He has a plan – “For I know the plans I have for you…” (Jeremiah 29:11)
Even when we don’t understand, He is working for our good.
In the middle of the storm, in the depths of the valley, we can still rejoice—not necessarily because of our circumstances, but because of who God is. His plan is always better than ours, and His presence is constant.
